How great would it be to have an appraiser in the family or as a close friend? I have answered many questions for friends over the years, as an appraiser, and have saved those homeowners money and time. I have recently realized how valuable that information is and how little homeowners know about the appraisal world.
It's amazing however that I cannot share this information when I am performing an appraisal! The bank is my client, even if you are paying for the appraisal. They are the ones taking the risk for the refinance or purchase. By law, I am very careful about what I say at the time of the appraisal in order to protect my client's interest; which is at that time the bank or mortgage company.
Now, with this new report, you can become our client. You can ask any real estate question that you like and I can answer candidly!
The Value Increase Assessment is a way to bring all of that appraisal experience and information to you. I am confident that this will be extremely helpful to you and could literally save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
What this Assessment does include:

A comparison of the Tax Assessed value for your home as compared to the typical Tax Assessed value for homes in your area

And the average days on market for similar homes that have sold in your area.
